Coaching Services -Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment and Refunds: Full payment for coaching sessions must be made at the time of booking. Please note that refunds are not provided for any coaching services.

  2. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the paid session.

  3. Punctuality: Please be on time for your scheduled coaching session. If you are late, the session may be shortened to accommodate other appointments, and the full session fee will still apply.

  4. Coach-Client Relationship: The coaching relationship is a partnership between the coach and client. It is important to be open, honest, and committed to the process to achieve the desired results.

  5. Privacy and Confidentiality: All coaching sessions are confidential, and any personal information shared will not be disclosed without your consent, except as required by law or in cases of imminent danger to yourself or others.

  6. Limitation of Liability: While every effort will be made to provide quality coaching services, no guarantees or warranties are offered regarding specific outcomes or results. The client is responsible for implementing the insights gained from coaching sessions.

  7. Modification of Terms: These terms and conditions may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. It is the client's responsibility to review the terms and conditions prior to booking a coaching session.

By booking a coaching session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
